Common questions about scope, fees, guarantees and how we work with in-house teams.

  • 'MarkNest' — is this a trademark / IP registration service, an exam-marking service, a property or 'nest egg' savings brand, or a `.pro` membership?

No. "MarkNest" is a coined name: "mark" as in marketing, "nest" as in the home base for a client's marketing team. We are a marketing agency in Singapore, working as a retained marketing department — strategy and planning, content, SEO, email and CRM, marketing operations and reporting. We do not register trademarks, we do not practise law, we do not mark exams, we do not sell or manage property, and we do not offer savings, investment or financial products. The `.pro` TLD is branding only — there is no membership tier and nothing to "upgrade" to. We do NOT guarantee rankings, leads or sales, do NOT sell a course, and do NOT buy fake followers or traffic. Results depend on your budget, product and market — see our disclaimer.

  • How do fees and media spend separate?

Agency fees cover our time, planning and production. Advertising platforms bill spend directly to your organisation. Invoices never mingle without written agreement.

  • Do you use AI in client work?

Yes, for drafts, research summaries and variant generation. Strategists and editors approve everything client-facing. We disclose AI assistance when contracts require it.

  • What industries do you decline?

We avoid categories that conflict with platform policies, local regulations or our team ethics — including deceptive financial schemes and unverified health claims.

  • How quickly can you start?

Retainers typically begin two to four weeks after scope sign-off, depending on capacity. Launch sprints need aligned assets and platform access sooner.

  • Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We often pair with internal marketers — they keep brand knowledge; we bring bandwidth, tooling and an external review lens.

  • What does onboarding include?

Access checklist, analytics audit, stakeholder map, communication rhythm and a written scope listing deliverables, fees and explicit exclusions.

  • Do you guarantee rankings, leads or ROAS?

No. Marketing outcomes depend on budget, product, market, timing and implementation. We set realistic KPIs and report with caveats.

  • Who owns content and keyword research?

Upon full payment, approved deliverables belong to you unless otherwise stated. We retain the right to describe anonymised outcomes in portfolio notes.

  • How many revision rounds are included?

Retainers include agreed review cycles in the scope — typically two editorial passes per piece. Additional rounds are quoted or logged against monthly capacity.

  • Can you manage our CMS publishing?

Yes, when access and training are provided. Publishing tasks are listed explicitly in scope so content approval and technical uploads are not conflated.

MarkNest provides professional marketing services — marketing strategy, content marketing, SEO, email programmes, reporting and monthly retainers — under a signed scope of work. Outcomes depend on your budget, offer, market, competition and how quickly your team implements recommendations. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversion rates, ROI, ROAS or viral reach. Case metrics are illustrative. AI tools assist our team; humans own strategy and final output. Media spend is paid directly to platforms by you, separate from agency fees.
